Returns & Refund Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The following items can’t be returned
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Please note that there may be other items which we deem to be nonreturnable, and this will be determined by our Customer Service Team at the time of your returns request.
Return process
Our products are of the highest quality, so if you are not happy with an item you have purchased, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@woodencontroller.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return as soon as possible. We will be able to assist you with any returns and refunds based on the condition of the item. Once the Customer Service Team has approved the request, we will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We reserve the right to approve or reject returns requests on a case-by-case basis.
Refund process
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Exchanges or Cancellations Policy

We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations

Shipping Policy

We can ship to most countries in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We frequently offer FREE SHIPPING on some products, and for these items shipping is excluded from the total calculated shipping cost.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. we’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
